Jr. Resistor Band

The Jr. Resistor Strip is the newest product in the My First Workout® lineup of superior quality products for children.  The bands are non-latex and measure 3 feet long and 2.5 inches wide.

Exercises with the band get introduced in Program 8 and continue to be used throughout our 12 Level Strength and Conditioning series for kids age 5-10!
