This full-body workout for KIDS builds from the previous five programs and special attention is given to smaller muscles groups. It's common but unwise to overlook the calves, biceps, triceps, and rotator cuff muscles. These muscles assist with movement in larger muscle groups and strengthening them not only enhances performance but also reduce the chance of getting injured.
