The 10-Piece “Heavyweight” Kit

The Heavyweight Kit contains all the weights from both kits and our motto is The More The Merrier when it comes to choices for weight lifting!  Lifting the perfect size weight ensures a better experience for the child and a more effective workout session too.   

It consists of:

• Step and equipment holder
• Exercise mat
• A pair of 2 lb, 3lb, and 4lb dumbbells
• A 4 lb and 5lb sand ball 

Programs 1-12 feature exercises that use the 10 equipment pieces included in the Heavyweight Kit.
