The Three-Piece “Necessities” Kit
The Necessities Kit contains only the items needed to complete the workouts with exercises containing dumbbells and a mat. Note: a dumbbell can take the place of the sand ball. The weight in this kit may not always be the perfect fit but that's where sets and reps help. If the weight is not enough, perform more repetitions and/or sets. If the weight feels a bit too heavy, decrease the number of reps and/or sets. If form is ever lacking because the weight is still too heavy, perform the exercise with no weight at all until strength is great enough to start with 1-3 repetitions.
It consists of:
- Exercise Mat
- Pair of Dumbbells
Programs 1-12 contain exercises that use the mat and dumbbells.
